Brief; To provide a focal point from the kitchen, and to link the two garden spaces. New hard landscaping, fencing, garden office and planting. To evaluate which of the existing trees to retain.

Scope; Design only

Key to this design was linking the original garden to the larger space beyond on this fascinating, extended plot. A series of diagonal beds, and paths draws the eye across the width of the narrower space and provides interest in the foreground whilst still allowing glimpses of the garden in the distance.

A three metre long CorTen pond echoes the colours and style of the property and an understory of stylish, wild looking planting complements renovated existing shrubs and trees.

Result; Clients were especially pleased by the cohesive planting design and improved flow to the wider garden.
